We applied over 160 gallons of paint in a 10 hour shift, with four journeyman painters-touch up was minimal.

We have successfully completed 22 new in-store locations, from Sacramento to Los Angeles. Our primary objective was: complete each project on schedule with minimal disruption to store guests while achieving a high quality paint job.

Asset Financial Center
Diversified Coatings has Successfully completed the interior painting for AFC's new office in Sacramento. The project entailed multiple wall repairs, and complete interior painting with accent colors.

Tony's Fine Foods
After completing one stained concrete floor, the management at Tony's requested that we  do several more stain projects, at multiple warehouse and office locations. Each project included removal of V.C.T. and glue before proceeding with an acid stain and topped with two coats of clear, solvent based, industrial epoxy.

Our first job at this location was a 200 foot staff hallway with over 30 extra large doors and frame. After successful completion of same, we have completed several painting projects at this location, in addition to multiple projects pending.

Heavy Steel Blast and Epoxy Project
We worked with a local abrasive blasting company to complete the sand blasting of all structural steel, thereafter; Diversified Coatings finished the painting portion of this project, which included: a zinc rich epoxy coating, one, two component solvent based epoxy primer with two top coats of  water born direct to metal finishes, on all structure steel.

After several days of industrial diamond grinding of the concrete slab in this office, we applied acid stain and multiple two component solvent based urethane finishes.
